Shipping policy

All orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Order delivery takes an additional 3-4 business days.

You should receive your items within 5-7 business days of your purchase. Turquoise Texas is not responsible for delays or lost items by the US Postal Service. 

Turquoise Texas does not provide return shipping labels unless an item is damaged upon arrival. Proof of damage (pictures, FaceTime, etc.) should be provided as soon as possible.

Turquoise Texas recommends Route Shipping Protection, offered in your cart, to insure your packages against loss, theft, or damage during shipping. Due to the volume of our shipping, we cannot insure all packages and cannot be responsible for items after they have been delivered to the United States Postal Service.
