Refund policy

Purchases are subject to exchange only or store credit on other merchandise within 15 days of purchase with store approval only. We happily send additional photographs and even offer FaceTime shopping so you may examine your choices before purchasing & we specialize in happy clients. Returns for exchange must be shipped in a box to prevent damage. Damaged items due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

Request to cancel an order must be done within 30 minutes of purchase.

Old Pawn items are vintage items and sold in "as is" condition.

We do offer refunds if your one of a kind item is damaged during shipping. Please let us know about the damage within 24 hours of receiving it including pictures of the damage. If it is a replaceable item, then we will happily replace it or send for repair.

Turquoise Texas does not provide return shipping labels except when an item arrives damaged.

Items sold at discounted prices are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit & are “final sales”.
